Cleaning out your closet can be pretty overwhelming. Especially if you haven’t done it in years. “Have I worn this lately? Do I really like this? Will I fit into these again? Is this still in style? I’ve worn this 17 times, does it look like I’ve worn it 71 times?” These are the questions I ask myself. Recently I edited my wardrobe down to (basically) all neutrals – with about 4 exceptions. I was inspired to do it after looking through some of my pictures on this blog and realizing I like the way neutrals look more so than a lot of other things. Plus, I get overwhelmed pretty easily and absolutely hate clutter… so until I have a closet like Chanel’s from scream queens… I’ll have to keep’oooon editing. haha. We shall see if I keep it all neutral. I’m definitely not dead set on keeping it that way – it’s not like it’s my new years resolution or anything. But I will say having just neutrals has made getting dressed a lot easier and more fun because everything goes with everything. done and done.
My closet is divided into sections by color – I have a fur section (probs my favorite by a mile), a black section, navy, then tans, whites, and grey. How do you organize your closet? Thank you so much for reading and have a wonderful Friday eve 🙂
