I’ve been seeing these cookies a lot lately, and since I’ve never had one, I decided to make them. In retrospect, I’m not sure it was such a good idea. They are pretty challenging to make, especially for a beginner, but I felt great about the ones that turned out perfectly with the little “foot” like so. I love all the different colors and endless possibilities of flavors and fillings. I used this recipe
with a white chocolate filling.
