Friday Friday, you gotta get down with Friday. Remember that song? haha Welcome to the weekend. David is actually off this weekend so I’m going to try and convince him to explore Chapel Hill with me a bit and forego the lazy Saturday scenario (although that is my favorite). Yesterday while running errands I realized there were places we haven’t been and that is inexcusable – I mean come on it’s been a year! I can’t believe we’ve been here that long. People talk about time flying when you have a baby but I think it’s just you’re late twenties in general.
This week was a great one and next week I’m going to NYC for the Polyvore meetup party. My flight leaves at the crack of dawn Monday morning so hopefully I won’t fall asleep in the terminal waiting – mornings just aren’t my thing and that’s an understatement.
are coming with me on my trip because they are so comfortable. They’re soft, stretchy, and forgiving in the best ways and feel more like pajamas than jeans. I’ve been living in them lately. What are you doing this weekend? If you are in Mississippi you have got to have brunch at the Gathering
at some point. It was such a cool setting with amazing food – and there’s even a candy shop right next door. Whatever you do I hope you have a great weekend and thanks for reading!
