Happy Friday! I’m so excited about this weekend because it’s Gigi and Andrews wedding! I flew in yesterday to San Diego and checked in to the Rancho Bernardo Inn – it’s sooooooooo pretty. I spent last night just lounging in the King bed, watching divergent (aka the best movie ever) and getting into “the Woman in Cabin 10” – I caved. I’ve heard so many good things about it so when I was on my long travel day yesterday I picked it up to see what all the fuss is about. So far, so good! I’m really not a reader (#guilty) and sometimes I wonder how I managed to be one in law school. It’s one of the things I wish I could change about myself for sure though. I am heading to Rosemary Beach next week with my family so maybe I’ll tackle a few books while I’m there. See? I should have said “enjoy” not “tackle” haha…
I met Gigi when I was living in North Carolina through the Junior League! I’m very thankful I decided to join because that’s how I met my two besties in NC – Gigi and Amy. I’ve had so much fun with “Geeg” through the years like New Years and Italy just to name a few – My absolute favorite thing is that we always pick up right where we left off. Aren’t those the best kinds of friendships? She’s also responsible for two of my favorite quotes: “Buy it when you love it, not when you need it” and “be a fountain and not a drain” hahaha YESSSSS to both of those Gigi original’s.
You know I’ll be sharing everything on Instastories! Speaking of.. do people still use Snapchat?! I hope you have a wonderful weekend and thank you SO MUCH for reading this blog 🙂
