TGIF! Welcome to the freaking weekend, y’all! We did it.
I particularly love this one because my husband is back to the real world after being on nights the whole week. We are planning to head to Raleigh tonight for some bowling for a friends birthday. I happen to LOVE bowling because… not only is it a hand/eye coordination sport that doesn’t involve that much activity (my fave) but it was something we did almost every Wednesday night before Church growing up. #FondMemories. My experience with bowling has come in handy more times than not – like getting to crush David Steele at SOMETHING. haha I beat him when we stayed at the Kimpton Cardinal in December and I haven’t let him live it down since!
Other than bowling I have two meetings tomorrow and then it’s Super Bowl Sunday! We are watching it at a friends’ house and I can’t wait to watch the commercials! That’s definitely the only reason I watch. And the half time show of course… GA-GA-OOh-LA-LA. I need to get a jump start on trying to watch all the movies that are nominated for the Oscars too because that’s at the end of this month! So many movies, so little time. Speaking of movies, I already bought tickets for 50 shades on February 14th. YUP. It’s happening. I need to re-read the book so I can re-characterize Jamie Dornan from his psycho killer character in “The Fall” that I’m still watching. Otherwise it might be a love scene and I could shout out in the theatre “No Anastasia!!! Don’t go in there! It’s a trap!”
Hope y’all have a wonderful Friday, beautiful weekend, and thank you so much for reading!
