Signs of spring are popping up everywhere! And even though I know it’s a bit further away, I love seeing hints of it here and there. The temps here have been perfect and I’ve been taking advantage of them by walking Nilla through the beautiful neighborhoods every day. Our neighborhood is definitely a mix of renters/owners/college kids/ and adults, but just one street over is Franklin Street where all the stunning homes are. You may have seen the parade of homes I did on snapchat (LC_Steele) and John Grisham’s home. I can’t help but wonder if that’s legal to do. If it isn’t he’s NOT the person I would want to be in trouble with…. so let’s just keep that between us. The Library at Ole Miss Law School is named “The John Grisham Library.” Mur mur. haha
Right now I’m curled up with Nilla watching the inauguration day as it rains outside. I still can’t believe ol’ Donny Don is the president. It just makes me giggle every time. It’s definitely a historic day….
On a lighter note, those striped shirts are SO soft and I love the mock turtleneck on them. I can’t believe I really didn’t have any striped shirts in my closet! They are such a staple and great layering piece. What are your plans for this weekend? David is actually off both days but it’s going to be raining so I see some show marathons in our future. Which I’m so not opposed to. Hope you have a beautiful weekend and thank you so much for reading!

The tree in the first pic is killing, looking for more in spring 🙂
A perfect avocado and stripes are definite favorites! Great post!
