confession: I have never had a candy apple. Confession number 2: I really miss Oxford Eateries – especially snack bar with their amazingly delicious duck confit sandwhich. When I saw this recipe, really the picture on pinterest, it reminded me of the duck confit sandwhich with an egg on top and I knew I had to try it. So last night we killed two birds with one stone and made candy apples and conquered the avocado BLT’s with spicy mayo and fried eggs.
It wasn’t the duck confit, but it was really yummy nevertheless. I love eggs – from my head down to my legs. Happy Halloween eve, y’all and thanks for reading.
