I saw this recipe on the front cover of cooking light magazine and decided to give it a try. It was quick and easy and I loved the way the sautéed vegetables and rosemary made the house smell. I have never tried cold pizza (I know). But with the July heat setting in, I think I’ll add that to my to-do list.
sprinkle mozzarella cheese
sauteed vegetables (drizzle olive oil and sprinkle in garlic into pan then saute)
feta cheese crumbles
10 minutes at 450
