I have never liked vegetables. When I was younger, I would sneak the broccoli into my pocket at the table, in hopes of cheating my way to the prized angel food cake for dessert. When I saw this spring recipe, I decided to open all the doors, enjoy the warm weather, turn on some bluegrass, and eat (and enjoy) my veggies.
I love adding shimmer to just about anything. I am still drawn to shimmery things just like I was when I was a kid. By painting these wine glasses with glitter I can now hold both wine and sparkles in my hand at once. The combination makes every sip is that much more tasteful. I will use the silver for red, and the pink for white.
